Klarens Leonidas Fender
Born in the USA in 1909. Inventor and founder of the Fender Electric Instrument Manufacturing Company, now known as Fender Musical Instruments Corporation. Guitars and bass guitars of his design have been widely used in rock and metal music since the 1950s.
He died on March 21, 1991. He was 81 years old.
