Iron Maiden released “No Prayer for the Dying”

October 1 in the history of rock and metal music

The eighth studio album by the British heavy metal band Iron Maiden was released in 1990. During the recording of the album one of the guitarists Adrian Smith left the band, and his place was taken by Janick Gers, who had previously worked with Iron Maiden vocalist Bruce Dickinson on the album Tattooed Millionaire. The album was not very well received by the critics, and many fans forgot about it. Everyone has his own tastes, but in my opinion the album is undeservedly forgotten. There are very good compositions on the album and there are no bad ones. For example: Bring Your Daughter… to the Slaughter and Mother Russia, and of course the jewel of the album – the title song No Prayer for the Dying.
