Iron Maiden releases “The X Factor” album
The tenth (anniversary) studio album by heavy metal band Iron Maiden, released on October 2, 1995. The X Factor is the band’s first album with Blaze Bayley, formerly of Wolfsbane, the vocalist who replaced Bruce Dickinson, who left the band for solo projects. It is one of the most unpopular albums of the band (both critics and sales ratings), largely “thanks” to the voice of the new vocalist, but musically it turned out to be the darkest album in the history of the band, and that is why it is very interesting.
